I normally don't recommend a specific race for these build guides because I feel people should be allowed to play whatever they like, but for this specialty build, if you want max DPS, we recommend Khajiit, Dark Elf, or Orc.
There are a few different builds you can do for beginner sets. This set worked very well for leveling through dungeons until getting up to CP160 and getting higher end gear.
Recommend going Medium armor w/ Medium or heavy helm
